We have over 60 homes participating in our 1st Annual Townwide Garage Sale on Saturday, October 14th from 9:00am-4:00pm (raindate Sunday, October 15th).
Final Deadline to postmark your Application to get your sale on “The Map” is this Tuesday, October 3rd!
Get your map for $1 on Sale Day from 8:45-12:30am at Cavallini School Parking Lot (392 West Saddle River Road), and shop til you drop! Discover great bargains!

It’s time to clean out the garage, closets, attic and basements! Participate in The Woman’s Club of Upper Saddle River 1st Annual Town Wide Garage Sale! For a $30 donation, host your own garage sale at your home while we provide your permit, all the advertising, social media blitz, and map! You will help us to make a difference supporting our service groups in town!

Townwide Garage Sale!
The Woman’s Club Of USR is sponsoring a Town Wide Garage Sale on Saturday October 14th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (rain date Sun, Oct 15th). Get your unwanted treasures sold!
For a $30 Donation we will obtain your permit, advertise in print & social media, and, on the day of the sale, provide your sale location on a map distributed to buyers which will highlight one or two “signature items” your particular sale will feature.
Your garage sale profits are yours!
Your donation will assist the USR Woman’s Club in supporting local service organizations—Fire, Ambulance, Police DARE Program, USR CARES, The After School Program, and our Graduation scholarships at Cavallini and Highlands as well as other charities.

Congratulations Graduates!
As June comes to a close, we congratulate the children of our members who have graduated from Elementary School, High School, and College in the past weeks. We wish them all the best as they set their sights on new horizons!
Congratulations also to our Woman’s Club Graduation Award recipients at our local schools–for Academic Excellence at Northern Highlands High School, and for excellent contributions to The Cardinal Newspaper and The Yearbook at Cavallini Middle School. We were proud to be able to recognize your accomplishments!
16th Annual Baby Shower
Our members and guests enjoyed desserts and conversation as we ended our Club year with a celebration organized by Social Chair, Kathie Durante, at The Bishop House in Saddle River on June 6th.
Our meeting coincided with our 16th annual Baby Shower for the women and children at Strengthen Our Sisters Shelter. Our reception area was overflowing with members’ generous donations of clothing, diapers, wipes, socks, blankets, and toiletries for children up to size 5T.
Our Social Service Chairs, Maria DiMartino and Sheila Ghorashi, along with Kathie Durante drove a van load of our donations to the Shelter on June 9th.
Many thanks to all who contributed, and to our members who worked together and enjoyed our events and projects! You made this another successful Club year!
A big “Thank You” For Your Support
We thank you all for supporting our “No Cook Mondays in May!” We hope you enjoyed the break from cooking and enjoyed delicious meals. We are so grateful for your help in raising funds for our graduation scholarships and local service groups. Please remember our benefactor chefs and restaurants when you dine out or order take-out in the future!
It’s Our Third “No Cook Monday!”
Extend the glow of Mother’s Day with our Third “No Cook Monday” tonight! Head to B&M or Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza and treat yourself and your family–while raising funds for our graduation scholarships and local service groups!

Happy Monday! It’s our second “No Cook Monday in May,” so treat yourself and your family today! Head over to B&M Market (192 Kinderkamack Road in Park Ridge) or Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza (984 Rte. 17 N in Ramsey). Get scrumptious food for lunch or dinner, mention our club, and help The Woman’s Club raise funds to benefit our local service groups!
