Our members truly knocked it out of the park at this year’s Ramapo District Achievement Day!
We had 20 entries across a wide range of categories and the results were outstanding. From glasswork, watercolors, pysanky, and photography, our members earned an impressive 7 First Place awards and 8 Second Place awards.
Even more exciting, all First Place entries will advance to the State Contest held during the Convention in May! What an accomplishment!
In addition, 8 of our annual reports received Best Work recognition, along with our Book Club.
We are so proud of everyone who participated. Your talent, creativity, and hard work continue to shine! 🎉

🏛️Our members had a wonderful day in New York City visiting the iconic Frick Collection, enjoying beautiful art, history, and culture together.
Afterwards, we made our way to a classic NYC brasserie for a well-deserved late lunch. Great food, great conversation, and even better company!
It was a perfect mix of art, friendship, and a little city fun. 🎨🍽️

📚 We had a full house as we discussed The Tiffany Girls by Shelley Noble! 📚
This captivating novel shed a light on the artistry, ambition, and often overlooked roles these remarkable women had on shaping the iconic Tiffany & Co. designs. It sparked a lively and thoughtful discussion, and as always, it was wonderful to come together to share our perspectives and a love of reading. Many thanks to Fran for hosting! 💚

🥚🥚Our members had an egg-cellent time learning the beautiful art of Ukrainian Pysanky!🇺🇦
From intricate designs to vibrant colors, it was amazing to see everyone’s creativity come to life while exploring this meaningful tradition. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this fun and cultural experience. Your eggs turned out stunning! Thank you to Irene and Alex for their guidance! Our eggs are going to District Achievement Day!!!

What an incredible day of service! Our members had the privilege of volunteering at Oasis – A Haven for Women and Children for their “Lunches with Love” program, and “rewarding” doesn’t even begin to cover it.
We jumped right in and stayed busy:
In the Kitchen: Chopping, prepping, and serving a delicious lunch for 120 women and children.
In the Pantry: Assembling over 50 food bags to ensure families have what they need for a weekend distribution.
In the Library: We were so proud to donate nearly 300 books to help stock their shelves and inspire young readers!
Our hearts (and our hands) are full. ![]()

We swapped our usual home meeting for the library and had a wonderful discussion of The Mysterious Bakery on the Rue de Paris. The conversation was so good, we even forgot to take a group photo!
Thank you, Brigitte, for bringing France to us with her book research and homemade crêpes, madeleines, and hot chocolat and to Mary for the pastries, and baguettes with cheese. ![]()
