What a Great Year-End Celebration!

What a wonderful Year-End Celebration we had Tuesday night at Anona Lake! With a full house, plenty of laughter, and great conversation, it was the perfect way to celebrate another successful club year.

We welcomed and installed Wren as our new Treasurer and and extended our heartfelt thanks to Paula for her dedicated service in the role. We also celebrated our 5-year members, Tamara, Brigitte, Sonia, Paula, and Alex, who signed our treasured legacy tablecloth, a club tradition dating back to 1956.

We also handed out several Federation awards and recognized Alex and Jane on the Federation Honor Roll for their outstanding service.

Thank you to all of our members who helped make the evening so special! Here’s to another wonderful year of friendship, service, and community!

Showcasing our Talents!

Our members truly knocked it out of the park at this yearโ€™s Ramapo District Achievement Day!

We had 20 entries across a wide range of categories and the results were outstanding. From glasswork, watercolors, pysanky, and photography, our members earned an impressive 7 First Place awards and 8 Second Place awards.

Even more exciting, all First Place entries will advance to the State Contest held during the Convention in May! What an accomplishment!

In addition, 8 of our annual reports received Best Work recognition, along with our Book Club.

We are so proud of everyone who participated. Your talent, creativity, and hard work continue to shine! ๐ŸŽ‰

Congratulations to our talented members for winning big at District Achievement Day for their photography entries, and to our hardworking committee chairs for earning top honors in the annual reporting awards.

Congratulations! 40 Years Strong! Federation Honors!

๐Ÿ’ As we wrap up our club year, we had the joy of honoring two incredible women for 40 years of dedication to our club โ€” Nona Maher and Barbara Ostrom. ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ’ซ

โญ๏ธ Barbara was inducted into the NJSFWC Honor Roll, recognizing her outstanding service and commitment. Nona, already a member of the Honor Roll, received the distinguished Federation Order of the Lily for her continued dedication and impact.

Although they couldnโ€™t attend our meeting, we brought the celebration to them โ€” surprising them at home with their pins and flowers. A heartfelt thank you to Nona and Barbara for inspiring us all! ๐Ÿ’–
