On June 6th we gathered at Anona Pavilion in town to celebrate the end of another successful club year. It was a special evening–our 21st Annual Baby Shower––to benefit Children’s Aid and Family Services and The Lighthouse Pregnancy Resource Center. Members very generously donated needed baby clothes and supplies. We also welcomed prospective new members, and invested our incoming Club Officers with a Daisy Ceremony. Members shared homemade appetizers and desserts. Our Mayor, Arman Fardanesh, presented outgoing President, Nona Maher, with a proclamation recognizing her years of service to the club and the town. Nona led the Investiture Ceremony for our new President, Alexandra Asteris, Vice President, Jeanine Matthews, Treasurer, Paula Skier, and Secretary, Jane Bodnar. Nona also recognized and thanked all the Committee Chairs who served with her during her 8-year tenure as President. We were happy to welcome three new members!
